Note to Students

The American School of Business and Management (ASBM) has introduced flexible Payment Plans for our valued students.

Students may choose ONE of the following options:

  1. One-time payment: USD $650

  2. Monthly payment plan: USD $220 per month for 3 months

  3. Monthly payment plan: USD $165 per month for 4 months
  4.  Monthly payment plan: USD $135 per month for 5 months

Application Requirements for the Diploma Programme

As part of the application process, students must upload the following documents:

1. Valid Identification Card (National ID or Passport) – Mandatory
2. High School Diploma or equivalent academic certification
3. At least three (3) CXC or equivalent are required – Mandatory

At the end of the programme, students will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate foundational leadership and management skills to effectively lead and supervise teams, applying principles of organizational behavior, motivation, and decision-making.
    Courses: MGT 108 (Principles of Leadership and Management), MGT 102 (Organizational Behavior and Team Management), MGT 103 (Supervisory Management), MGT 106 (Managerial Decision Making)

  2. Interpret, analyze, and prepare financial statements to make informed managerial decisions that support organizational planning and control.
    Courses: FIN 101 (Financial Accounting), MGT 106 (Managerial Decision Making)

  3. Formulate and implement strategic business plans, integrating ethical leadership and corporate governance principles to achieve organizational objectives.
    Courses: MGT 107 (Business Strategy and Policy), MGT 105 (Ethical Leadership and Corporate Governance), MGT 108 (Principles of Leadership and Management)

  4. Apply marketing principles and strategies to develop, promote, and evaluate products or services, enhancing organizational competitiveness.
    Courses: MKT 101 (Marketing Principles), MGT 107 (Business Strategy and Policy)

  5. Plan, organize, and manage projects effectively using project management tools and techniques to ensure successful completion within time, cost, and quality constraints.
    Courses: BUS 200 (Project Management), MGT 106 (Managerial Decision Making)

  6. Communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, to facilitate collaboration, negotiation, and engagement with diverse stakeholders.
    Courses: BUS 101 (Business Communication), MGT 102 (Organizational Behavior and Team Management)

  7. Evaluate complex business situations, apply ethical reasoning, and make responsible, evidence-based decisions that balance organizational goals with social and environmental considerations.
    Courses: MGT 105 (Ethical Leadership and Corporate Governance), MGT 106 (Managerial Decision Making), MGT 108 (Principles of Leadership and Management)
