Note to Students

The American School of Business and Management (ASBM) has introduced flexible Payment Plans for our valued students.

Students may choose ONE of the following options:

1. One-time payment: USD $650

2. Monthly payment plan: USD $220 per month for 3 months

3. Monthly payment plan: USD $165 per month for 4 months
4.  Monthly payment plan: USD $135 per month for 5 months

Application Requirements for the Diploma Programme

As part of the application process, students must upload the following documents:

1. Valid Identification Card (National ID or Passport) – Mandatory
2. High School Diploma or equivalent academic certification
3. At least three (3) CXC or equivalent are required – Mandatory

At the end of the programme, students will be able to:

1. Demonstrate foundational educational leadership and administrative skills to support effective school management, organizational functioning, and instructional improvement.
   Courses: EDU 101 (Foundations of Educational Leadership), EDU 103 (School Administration and Organization), EDU 104 (Curriculum Development and Instructional Leadership)

2. Apply educational planning, policy development, and governance principles to support institutional effectiveness and alignment with national and organizational education goals.
   Courses: EDU 102 (Educational Planning and Policy Development), EDU 103 (School Administration and Organization)

3. Design, implement, and evaluate curriculum and instructional strategies that promote inclusive, learner-centered, and developmentally appropriate educational practices.
   Courses: EDU 104 (Curriculum Development and Instructional Leadership), EDU 205 (Educational Psychology), EDU 203 (Classroom Management and Student Engagement)

4. Demonstrate effective communication skills to engage students, parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders in diverse educational contexts.
   Courses: EDU 210 (Communication Skills for Educators), EDU 101 (Foundations of Educational Leadership)

5. Apply principles of educational psychology, classroom management, and positive behavior intervention to enhance student engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes.
   Courses: EDU 205 (Educational Psychology), EDU 203 (Classroom Management and Student Engagement), EDU 306 (Behavior Management and Positive Intervention)

6. Apply legal, ethical, and professional standards in educational settings to promote equity, accountability, and responsible decision-making.
   Courses: EDU 107 (Educational Law and Ethics), EDU 101 (Foundations of Educational Leadership)

7. Use assessment, identification, and behavior support strategies to address diverse learner needs, including students with special educational needs, within inclusive educational environments.
   Courses: EDU 303 (Assessment and Identification in Special Education), EDU 306 (Behavior Management and Positive Intervention), EDU 203 (Classroom Management and Student Engagement)
