Note to Students

The American School of Business and Management (ASBM) has introduced flexible Payment Plans for our valued students.

Students may choose ONE of the following options:

1. One-time payment: USD $650

2. Monthly payment plan: USD $220 per month for 3 months

3. Monthly payment plan: USD $165 per month for 4 months
4.  Monthly payment plan: USD $135 per month for 5 months

Application Requirements for the Diploma Programme

As part of the application process, students must upload the following documents:

1. Valid Identification Card (National ID or Passport) – Mandatory
2. High School Diploma or equivalent academic certification
3. At least three (3) CXC or equivalent are required – Mandatory

At the end of the programme, students will be able to:

1. Demonstrate foundational leadership, management, and teamwork skills to operate effectively within accounting and finance functions in organizational settings.
   Courses: MGT 108 (Principles of Leadership and Management), MGT 102 (Organizational Behavior and Team Management)

2. Prepare, interpret, and analyze financial statements and accounting information to support operational, managerial, and strategic decision-making.
   Courses: FIN 101 (Financial Accounting), ACC 102 (Management Accounting), ACC 104 (Strategic Cost Management)

3. Apply financial management and corporate finance principles to evaluate financial performance, manage resources, and support organizational value creation.
   Courses: FIN 105 (Financial Management), FIN 102 (Corporate Finance)

4. Use investment analysis tools and portfolio management techniques to evaluate risk, return, and investment opportunities in financial markets.
   Courses: FIN 103 (Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management), FIN 102 (Corporate Finance)

5. Apply strategic cost management and managerial accounting techniques to plan, control, and improve organizational efficiency and competitiveness.
   Courses: ACC 102 (Management Accounting), ACC 104 (Strategic Cost Management)

6. Identify, prevent, and investigate financial irregularities by applying forensic accounting methods, fraud examination techniques, and ethical standards.
   Courses: ACC 103 (Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination), MGT 105 (Ethical Leadership and Corporate Governance)

7. Apply ethical leadership, corporate governance, and professional standards in accounting and finance practices to ensure integrity, transparency, and accountability.
   Courses: MGT 105 (Ethical Leadership and Corporate Governance), MGT 108 (Principles of Leadership and Management)
