Note to Students

The American School of Business and Management (ASBM) has introduced flexible Payment Plans for our valued students.

Students may choose ONE of the following options:

  1. One-time payment: USD $650

  2. Monthly payment plan: USD $220 per month for 3 months

  3. Monthly payment plan: USD $165 per month for 4 months
  4.  Monthly payment plan: USD $135 per month for 5 months

Application Requirements for the Diploma Programme

As part of the application process, students must upload the following documents:

1. Valid Identification Card (National ID or Passport) – Mandatory
2. High School Diploma or equivalent academic certification
3. At least three (3) CXC or equivalent are required – Mandatory

At the end of the programme, students will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate foundational knowledge of information technology concepts, computer systems, and hardware to support the effective use and management of ICT resources.
    Courses: ICT 101 (Information Technology Essentials), ICT 105 (Computer Systems and Hardware)

  2. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, networks, and computing environments in accordance with best practices for performance, reliability, and security.
    Courses: ICT 102 (Networking and Cybersecurity), ICT 109 (Operating Systems and Systems Administration)

  3. Provide effective IT support and helpdesk services, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues, while maintaining professional customer service standards.
    Courses: ICT 103 (IT Support and Helpdesk Operations), ICT 105 (Computer Systems and Hardware), ICT 109 (Operating Systems and Systems Administration)

  4. Apply programming fundamentals and database management principles to develop, manage, and support basic software and data-driven applications.
    Courses: ICT 106 (Programming Fundamentals), ICT 107 (Database Management Systems)

  5. Design and develop basic websites and web applications using appropriate tools, technologies, and design principles.
    Courses: ICT 108 (Web Design and Development), ICT 106 (Programming Fundamentals)

  6. Use software applications and productivity tools effectively to support organizational operations, information management, and decision-making processes.
    Courses: ICT 104 (Software Applications and Productivity Tools), MIS 103 (Management Information System)

  7. Apply cybersecurity principles, ethical practices, and information management standards to protect data, systems, and organizational information assets.
    Courses: ICT 102 (Networking and Cybersecurity), MIS 103 (Management Information System)
