The American School of Business and Management (ASBM) has introduced flexible Payment Plans for our valued students.
Students may choose ONE of the following options:

Application Requirements for the Diploma Programme
As part of the application process, students must upload the following documents:
1. Valid Identification Card (National ID or Passport) – Mandatory
2. High School Diploma or equivalent academic certification
3. At least three (3) CXC or equivalent are required – Mandatory
At the end of the programme, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of leadership theories, management principles, and supervisory practices, and will apply these competencies to effectively lead individuals and teams, make informed managerial decisions, and foster productive workplace relationships in diverse organizational environments. Courses: MGT 108 – Principles of Leadership and Management | MGT 103 – Supervisory Management | MGT 102 – Organizational Behavior and Team Management.

Critically analyze internal and external organizational environments using strategic management frameworks, evaluate competitive and operational challenges, and develop, implement, and assess strategic plans and policies that support sustainable organizational success.

Communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively through written, oral, and digital channels, demonstrating the ability to prepare business documents, deliver presentations, collaborate with teams, and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Apply human resource management principles and strategic HR practices to workforce planning, recruitment and selection, employee development, performance appraisal, and retention, ensuring alignment between human capital strategies and organizational objectives.
