Note to Students
The American School of Business and Management (ASBM) has introduced flexible Payment Plans for our valued students.
Students may choose ONE of the following options:

- Monthly payment plan: USD $165 per month for 4 months
- Monthly payment plan: USD $135 per month for 5 months

Application Requirements for the Diploma Programme
As part of the application process, students must upload the following documents:
1. Valid Identification Card (National ID or Passport) – Mandatory
2. High School Diploma or equivalent academic certification
3. At least three (3) CXC or equivalent are required – Mandatory
Upon successful completion of the Diploma in Special Education Programme, students will be able to:

Explain the foundations of special and inclusive education, including historical, legal, ethical, and policy frameworks that guide services for learners with special educational needs.

Identify and analyze disabilities, learning differences, and diverse learner characteristics, and explain how these affect cognitive, social, emotional, language, and behavioral development.
(EDU 302, EDU 208) -
Apply assessment and identification practices to support early detection, eligibility determination, and instructional planning for learners with special needs.
(EDU 303) -
Design, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that are data-driven, learner-centered, and aligned with inclusive and collaborative practices.
(EDU 304) -
Implement effective instructional strategies, classroom management techniques, and student engagement practices to support diverse learning needs and promote positive learning environments.
(EDU 305, EDU 203) -
Apply positive behavior management and intervention strategies, including proactive and restorative approaches, to support student well-being and inclusive classroom climates.
(EDU 306) -
Integrate assistive technology and evidence-based supports to enhance access, participation, language development, and learning outcomes for students with special educational needs.
