Official Disclaimer on Certification Processing and Credential Fees

Dear Valued Students,

The Management of the American School of Business and Management, Jamaica (ASBMJ) wishes to provide the following important information regarding the processing and issuance of academic credentials for our various programmes.

We encourage all students to carefully review the information below to understand the certification process and any applicable fees.

1. Students Enrolled in the Free Customer Service and Client Relations Course

Students who are enrolled in our free Customer Service and Client Relations Course are welcome to complete the programme at no tuition cost.

Upon successful completion of the course, students who wish to receive their academic credentials will be required to pay a Certification Processing Fee of JMD $5,000.

This fee covers the electronic preparation and processing of the following official documents:

• Electronic Certificate of Completion
• Official Academic Transcript
• Letter of Recommendation
• Letter of Congratulations

Students who would also like to receive professionally printed hard copies of these credentials may do so for an additional fee of JMD $5,500, which covers professional printing, packaging, and shipping.

The Premium Credential Package includes:

• A thick premium leather certificate holder
• All documents printed on premium-quality cardstock
• Official embossed seals on the Certificate of Completion
• Official embossed seals on the Academic Transcript
• Official embossed seals on the Letter of Congratulations
• Professional packaging and shipping

Please note that students enrolled in the free course cannot choose to purchase only the physical credential package. The electronic credential processing fee of JMD $5,000 must first be paid before a physical credential package can be requested. The physical package is an optional second step available only after the electronic credentials have been processed.

 

2. Students Enrolled at Promotional Course Rates (Weekend Promotions, etc)

Students who enrolled in ASBMJ programmes under a promotional tuition rate (for example, courses offered between JMD $10,000 and JMD $15,000) will receive their electronic credentials at no additional cost.

These electronic credentials include:

• Electronic Certificate of Completion
• Official Academic Transcript
• Letter of Recommendation
• Letter of Congratulations

Students who wish to receive professionally printed hard copies of these credentials will be required to pay JMD $5,500 for printing, packaging, and shipping.

• Official embossed seals on the Certificate
• Official embossed seals on the Transcript
• Official embossed seals on the Letter of Congratulations

3. Students Who Paid Full Tuition for Short Courses and Diploma Programmes

Students who have paid the full advertised tuition fees for ASBMJ Short Courses and Diploma Programmes will not be required to pay any additional fees for either their electronic credentials or their printed credential package.

The cost of both electronic and physical credentials is already included in the programme tuition.

Eligible students will receive:

• Electronic Certificate of Completion
• Official Academic Transcript
• Letter of Recommendation
• Letter of Congratulations
• Professionally printed credentials
• Premium leather certificate holder
• Premium cardstock printing
• Official embossed seals
• Packaging and shipping

4. Students Enrolled in Live Zoom Courses (JMD $20,000)

Students enrolled in ASBMJ Live Zoom Programmes with a tuition fee of JMD $20,000 will receive their electronic academic credentials at no additional cost upon successful completion of the programme.

Electronic credentials include:

• Electronic Certificate of Completion
• Official Academic Transcript
• Letter of Recommendation
• Letter of Congratulations

Students who wish to receive professionally printed hard copies of these credentials will be required to pay JMD $5,500.

This fee covers:

• Professional printing
• Premium packaging
• Shipping
• Thick premium leather certificate holder
• Premium-quality cardstock printing
• Official embossed seals on the Certificate, Transcript, and Letter of Congratulations for a rich, authentic, and professional finish

General Disclaimer

All certification processing fees are optional and apply only to students who wish to receive the applicable credentials and services described above.

The American School of Business and Management, Jamaica reserves the right to revise its certification policies, credential packages, and associated fees at any time. Any future changes will be communicated to students through official ASBMJ communication channels before implementation.
