accessing or using our website, courses, and services, you (“student”, “you”, or “user”) agree to comply
with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any

Eligibility
By enrolling in our courses, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of
a parent or guardian if you are under 18. Students must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding
agreement.
Services Offered
ASBM provides online educational courses, diplomas, and certificates in business and management.
Access to course materials is digital and online, delivered through our website and learning management
system.
Enrollment and Account

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials
- Account sharing is strictly prohibited

Payment Terms
- Certificate course fees must be paid in full before access is granted
- Diploma Programmes are a subscription of 3 consecutive monthly payments.
- Prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change at any time; however, enrolled students will pay the price at the time of enrollment.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other third-party payment providers
- Payments are processed securely through our secure gateways. ASBM does not store card or bank details
- By making a payment, you authorize ASBM to charge your selected payment method
Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@asbmonline.org within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not issued once the student completes an assessment
- Any disputes will be handled in accordance with our payment gateway provider
- ASBM reserves the right to update the refund policy, which will be effective for future purchases.
Access and Usage
- Students are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal learning purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content without explicit written permission from ASBM
- ASBM may modify, suspend, or terminate access to courses at any time for maintenance, updates, or policy compliance.
Intellectual Property
- All course content, materials, branding, and website content are the property of ASBM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- ASBM is not responsible for technical issues outside our control, including internet connectivity, third-party platforms, or payment processor errors.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASBM’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

- Payment information is handled securely by third-party providers

Referral Program
The American School of Business and Management (“ASBM”) may offer a Referral Program that allows
registered students to earn rewards by referring other students to enroll in ASBM courses. Participation in
the program is voluntary and subject to these Terms.
- Eligibility: Only students with an active ASBM account are eligible to participate. Participants must provide accurate contact information and ensure referred students are legitimate.
- Reward: Rewards, if offered, will be distributed after referred students complete registration and payment for an eligible course. Specific reward amounts and conditions will be communicated by ASBM when the program is active.
- Program Management: ASBM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. All decisions regarding eligibility, reward distribution, or program rules are final.
- Fraud Prevention: Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or attempts to manipulate the program will result in disqualification.
By participating, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that ASBM’s decisions regarding the program are final.
Amendments
ASBM reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Students will be notified
of significant changes. Continued use of the website or courses constitutes acceptance of the updated
terms.
